Routes from Shenzhen to Hong Kong

Before going to Hong Kong, you can open an Octopus Card in the pass. The Octopus Card is equal to "Shenzhen pass“ which is available for taking bus, subway and consuming in convenient store. It charges $70 for children (3-11 years old), $150 for adults and $70 for the old.

Shenzhen entry port

1. Wenjindu Port in Luohu District：It is known by few people. Seldom people pass through this entry port.

2. Luohu Port in Shenzhen Railway Station：It is one of the oldest port in Shenzhen and it is easy to find it. But many people pass through this port. After passing through the customs, you can go to Hong Kong by train.

3. Futian Port, to the east of Futian Bonded area: Take Shenzhen Metro Line 4 to the Huanggang station. Do not need to go out from the subway，you can take the border passage elevator directly. After going through the border pass, you can take the Hong Kong nine Canton Railway Lok Ma Chau Spur to the port.

4. Huanggang Port in Futian District: It is the only port which opens for 24 hours. Lots of people pass through this port. After going through the Huanggang Port, you can take the shuttle bus which starts from Huanggang Port to Lok Ma Chau. Fee: $8/one person, 5 minutes/ one shuttle.

5. Shenzhen Bay Port in the East head Shekou in Nanshan District: There are some special cars in the airport for taking to Shenzhen Bay Port. I suggest that you can take these cars to Hong Kong Airport. Also, there are some Hong Kong cross-border buses to Shenzhen Bay Port. You can take these buses to Hong Kong.
