Whether Snowden is A Hero Or A Criminal

 The article is from http://www.hulutrip.com/en/news/whether-snowden-is-a-hero-or-a-criminal.html
The former CIA employee Edward Snowden exposed the secret information about the PRISM which put the US government in the focusing place and caused a global concern for the future fate of Snowden. Now the PRISM Event expands quickly around the world. Snowden said on June 13th again that the American Government have invaded the networks of China Mainland and Hong Kong for four years. And he also said that the US Government can read anyone’s Email at any time.
Now, a furious debate has spread around the world over whether Snowden is a hero or a criminal. What will happen to him in the future? Snowden is always mysterious. We get the most information about him which comes from The Guardian. But only few people really seen him.
So is he a criminal? Different people have different views. As to the US Government, he is a criminal. The director of FBI-Robert Mueller stated that he wish that Snowden will be taken for questioning in America.
But a netizen criticized the statement of freedom of Obama and the US Government. He said, if Snowden is a Chinese and works in the China National Security Burea, the President Obama will invite him to have dinner with him. The US Government only defends freedom and human rights in the “right time”.

June 17th, 2013: Edward Snowden Denied that He Sold the Confidential Documents to China for Protection

The article is from http://www.hulutrip.com/en/news/june-17th-2013-edward-snowden-denied-that-he-sold-the-confidential-documents-t.html

The former CIA employee-Edward Snowden contacted with netizens directly through the British website-The Guardian at 23:00 Hong Kong time on June 17th. He denied that he has sold the confidential documents to China. And he will continue to expose the details of PR ISM. But he never said that how many classified papers he got. In addition, the minister of foreign affairs of Ecuador-Ricardo Patino said that the government will give him support if he wants protection.
He stressed that he didn’t expose the actions of USA government which againsted the legal military. He just exposed the actions that the NSA invaded the networks of the civilian institutes, like universities, hospitals and private companies. Sometimes the actions will make the system paralysis. And most of the civilian institutes are American’s allies.
Some netizens asked Snowden that have you gave the confidential documents to China or other countries for protection? He replied, he has known that someone will criticize him. He said the people just want to decentralize the public attention to the mistakes that American government made.
Hong Kong people are very curious about why he want to hide in Hong Kong instead of hiding in some other countries. Snowden claimed that America won’t give him a fair trial. I choose Hong Kong for it has a special status in cuture and legality.
